5.1. All refund or exchange requests must adhere to the following conditions:

– The product must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging.
– The product must not have been used, worn, or damaged beyond the original condition.
– The request for a refund or exchange must be initiated within a day of receiving the product.
– The 360-degree video requirement must be met.

Cancellation Before Processing:

• You may cancel your order at no cost if it is done before the product has been processed.

Cancellation After Processing/Dispatch:

• If your order has already been processed or dispatched, a cancellation is still possible, but a cancellation fee of 10% of the product amount will apply.

• Provide your order number and request cancellation.
• The 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and handling costs.

Refund Process:

• Refunds for cancellations will be processed promptly once the cancellation is confirmed.
